Meet Your Instructor
LaToya Fonville was born on the beautiful island of St. Martin, but grew up in New York City. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University at Buffalo. During her college years, she overcame her shyness and fear of public speaking and went on to work for a multilevel marketing company, which further helped her to become the excellent communicator that she is today. Having overcome those challenges, LaToya discovered that her passion was teaching, training, and preaching–while inspiring others to discover their purpose in life as well.
Launch Advisory Group ($150)
(September – July) – A cohort group, with a maximum of 16 members, of women with a well-developed business idea who are committed to working towards launching their businesses within the next 12 months, with the education and support from the program. Everything you need to know, from legal formation, to business plans, to bookkeeping, etc. all with the support of other women going along the process with you!
This model has proven its value over and over again in markets across the country.
What You Will Talk About
Your group will identify its own critical issues, needs and goals to develop a specific annual work plan to address them. Topics could range from sales, marketing, public relations, finance and information technology to more complicated matters such as strategic planning, organizational development, delegating and chain of command, human resources, ethics and international trade.
How will you benefit
Each group will be large enough to assure diversity of background and experience, and small enough to promote meaningful interaction. You learn best practices and form a network of referrals and resources. You gain insight, support and confidence from women who know exactly what you’re going through. Most importantly, you take the time to focus on strengthening and growing your business.
Advisory Groups are considered “WBC Members”, and as members, you will receive added benefits beyond the programming you sign up for, including:
