Crystal Rodriguez-Dabney is a dynamic diversity, equity and inclusion professional as well as an attorney. She specializes in helping women and minority owned businesses get the legal part right by making everything Crystal Clear (pun intended)! Her services include business structure, contracts, copyrighting, trademarks and legal coaching! Crystal finished her undergraduate degree at Cal State San Marcos while serving in the US Navy. She returned to Buffalo – her hometown – to finish law school and is happy she decided to stay. She served with the Byron Brown administration for over a decade, being named the City’s first Chief Diversity Officer. Upon leaving she began a career in higher education at Buffalo State College. Crystal has four children and lives in the Hamlin Park area of the City.
