Building Allyships Program

Have you been frustrated in the past, feeling like you couldn’t get your foot in the door for greater opportunity?

Have you recognized that we as a society, and/or your company, need to do better diversifying opportunity and being more inclusive, yet the results don’t match your intention?

Well then, are you ready to be a part of the solution for building equality in business?

If you are, then you’ll be excited to be a part of the Building Allyships Program.

What is an Ally?

An ally supports and advocates for marginalized groups. Those who practice allyship reject discrimination and take action to eliminate the marginalization of others.

About the program

This program brings together women of color entrepreneurs with companies, organizations, and people who are in the position to assist in removing barriers to success while also increasing diversity within their own organization, resulting in a more successful business.

This program will consist of two separate groups – women of color entrepreneurs and influential decision-makers in local business – both run by professional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) experts and entrepreneurs. The program will bring together both groups for co-facilitated creation of actionable, ongoing allyships with shared understanding, creative problem-solving, networking and partnership.

Commit to being a part of the solution. Commit to leveling-up how your and our businesses operate.
